Nuestro establecimiento esta ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Salta. ANKARA SUITES es un APARTHOTEL que provee de servicios de alojamiento y que se resume en la definición de un equipo de trabajo, en donde todos y cada uno en primera instancia conocen el objetivo buscado, BRINDAR UN SERVICIO DE CALIDAD AL HUESPED.
El equipo de ANKARA SUITES, está enfocado en mejorar los procesos de gestión de la empresa ya que nuestro objetivo es cuidar y mejorar la calidad del servicio según la necesidad del turismo y para la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, por ello ANKARA SUITES se compromete con los principios sustentables en sus tres pilares: ambiental, social y económica.
ANKARA SUITES establece la siguiente política:
- Generar una cultura interna de sustentabilidad y una administración eficiente y responsable de los recursos naturales, culturales, sociales y económicos por parte de la empresa y quienes la conforman. Asumir como equipo ANKARA SUITES el compromiso de una mejora continúa cuidando el medio ambiente.
- Cumplir los requisitos legales aplicables a la gestión sustentable.
- Priorizar la calidad del servicio a través de la atención al cliente, mejorando continuamente la satisfacción de los mismos. Preservar y difundir el patrimonio cultural, minimizando los impactos negativos en la biodiversidad y el paisaje, maximizando los positivos.
- Fomentar las buenas prácticas en el ahorro energético e hídrico y la disminución de emisiones.
- Gestionar responsablemente nuestros residuos.
- Capacitar y proteger el recurso humano en forma continua.
- Garantizar la seguridad e higiene en el establecimiento. Definir acciones preventivas y correctivas que aseguren la mejora continua de la gestión.
La Dirección de ANKARA SUITES asume su responsabilidad en la definición y el desarrollo de estas Políticas, en su actualización, comunicación y entendimiento por parte de todas las personas que trabajan para el Aparthotel. Asimismo, se compromete a difundirla entre sus clientes, proveedores.
La Calidad y el compromiso con la mejora continua requieren de la participación y colaboración de todos, por lo que esta Política es difundida a todo el personal de la empresa para su conocimiento y comprensión.

The Management of ANKARA SUITES assumes its responsibility in the definition and development of these Policies, in their updating, communication and understanding by all the people who work for the Aparthotel. Likewise, it undertakes to disseminate it among its clients, suppliers.
